Sport NB’s innovative Coaching Mentorship program is helping to develop coaches across New Brunswick. Our two Senior Mentors guide a roster of Mentor coaches, who are in the community working directly with Mentee coaches. This program is helping coaches overcome challenges and reach their goals, and will make a lasting impact on the future of sport in our province.
