Les politiques de règlement des différends et les Lignes directrices de
programme pour le MTPSSNB sont utilisées en vue d’évaluer toutes les

The NBSSCM Dispute Resolution Policy and Program Guidelines are used
to evaluate all complaints. All information pertaining to the complaint
mechanism can be found on the Sport NB website.

Sport NB is committed to ensuring all its funded sport organizations are set up for success in delivering a safe
and welcoming experience for all participants. Since 2022, all PSO/MSO members of Sport NB have been
required to have a Code of Conduct that reflects the core principles of the Universal Code of Conduct to
Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport (the UCCMS) and have an internal dispute resolution process for the
resolution of all complaints that may arise in the sport environment.
