The following is a summary of the results from our NB Racquetball Championships held at the CEPS complex, University of Moncton, on Saturday, April 16, 2005.

Men’s Open Division:

 Winner: Rey Martinez of Port Elgin defeated Marc Arsenault of Moncton in the finals. In the Consolation finals, Paul Frizzell of Saint John defeated Don Yeo of Riverview.

Men’s A Division:

Winner: Cassian Ferlatte of Saint John defeated Gilles Doucet of Dieppe. Third place went to Richard Hay of Moncton.

Men’s B Division:

Winner: Kyle Kuhn of Moncton emerged the winner in a field of 14 players, defeating Marc Boudreau of Sackville in the finals. On the consolation side John Hennessey of Saint John defeated Ray Lirette of Moncton.

Junior A Division:

Winner: Cassian Ferlatte of Saint John defeated Kyle Kuhn of Moncton in a tie-breaker. Ferlatte will be representing New Brunswick in the Junior National Championships in Winnipeg, Manitoba April 25 30. In the consolation final Sean Ackerson of Saint John defeated Mike McCabe of Moncton.

Junior B Division:

Winner: Patrick Durepos of Memramcook emerged the winner in a round robin event.
