KidSportTM is a national
program that began in British Columbia in 1993. Sport NB has been administering
the program in NB since 1996.
We believe that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be
given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports.
KidSport provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that
prevent them from playing organized sport.

Congratulations to The Forzani Group for
being awarded the
Corporate Excellence Award at the 39th Canadian Sport Awards.
The Power of Sport for Kids program, established
and facilitated by The Forzani Group Ltd., is a nationwide program created to
support at risk children who would benefit from the infusion of sports and
activity in their young lives. In-store fundraising initiatives provide the
funds for sports equipment and accessories that will give these kids the chance
to play.
$1555 raised through the Boston Pizza Balloon Pop at the Pitney Bowes Sports
Awards. Thank you Boston Pizza!

Comfort Inn properties came together to support KidSport NB. Krista Morency (GM)
presents Program Coordinator Sally Chamberlain with a cheque for over $2500. The
properties raised the money through their dress down day fund. In this photo

The combined Giant Tiger "round up for KidSport" and donations from the event
raised $2,500. KidSport would like to thank all volunteers who helped make this
day happen!

Chamberlain with a cheque for a $6,567.50. Including the generous donation of
the 50/50 winners this event raised $7,432.50.

their money back to KidSport at the Phoenix Petroleum Golf Tournament.

fees in support of KidSport.
