Sport New Brunswick is putting on what it hopes will be an annual sports day for youngsters between the ages of 8-12 at Fredericton High School. The date is Wednesday, July 14 and run will from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a nutrition break around noon. Eight sports will be featured including baseball, basketball, rowing, wrestling, volleyball, cricket, athletics and rugby. Stations will be set up involving athletes/coaches from each sport and youngsters will move from station to station as the day progresses. Registration is limited to the first 100 on a first come/first serve basis. There is no charge to participate. Events will be moved indoors in the event of rain.
