Employees
The employees are paid persons whose function is to enable
the board and its active members to carry out the policies it develops. The
balance of implementation activity between the employee and volunteer varies
from each organization, but the "enabling" philosophy is one which best defines
the relationship: The employees are the people who enable volunteers to fulfill the
mission and goals of Sport NB.
